2.55.020 Sale or disposition of surplus personal property of more than $10,000 value.

Sale or disposition of surplus personal property with an estimated value of more than $10,000 shall be made by resolution of the city council. Such resolution shall provide for the manner of the sale or disposition of the surplus property. (Ord. 1500 § 1, 2022).
