2.55.030 Declaration of surplus real property owned by the city.

Declaration of surplus real property owned by the city shall be made by resolution of the city council. Such resolution shall provide for the manner of the sale or disposition of the surplus property consistent with all legal requirements. (Ord. 1500 § 1, 2022).
