The city administrator may declare as surplus any personal property owned by the city that is no longer of use to the city, or that the sale or other disposition thereof would be in the best interests of the city. The city administrator may authorize sale or disposition of any surplus personal property with an estimated value of $10,000 or less in the best interest of the city. (Ord. 1500 § 1, 2022).
