The boundaries within which impact fees shall be charged and collected are the same as the corporate city limits. All unincorporated areas annexed to the city on and after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter shall be subject to the provisions of this chapter. After the adoption of interlocal agreements with other local and regional governments, the geographic boundaries may be expanded consistent therewith. (Ord. 828 § 4, 1999).
