As a courtesy recommendation only, the city council will consider applications for amendment of the Pierce County comprehensive plan land use map for those parcels located within the urban growth area, but outside of the city limits. Actions of the city council will be forwarded to the Pierce County council. The city council’s recommendation on any amendments to the Pierce County comprehensive plan map is a recommendation only, and is not a final decision. It is therefore not appealable, either administratively or judicially. (Ord. 1177 § 1, 2009; Ord. 1075 § 1, 2007).
