Once the applications are forwarded to the planning commission for further processing, the planning director shall ensure that the applications have been reviewed under SEPA, and that a SEPA threshold decision has issued. The planning commission shall then hold a public hearing(s) on the applications and consider them cumulatively under the criteria set forth in GHMC 19.09.170. The commission’s written recommendation on the applications shall then be forwarded to the city council. (Ord. 1177 § 1, 2009; Ord. 1075 § 1, 2007).
