“Nonprivate applications” means those applications received by the city, county, regional or state governments or their representatives and quasi-public agencies, and includes those deficiencies identified during project review as provided for by RCW 36.70A.470.

“Private-party applications” means those applications received by interested persons, property owners, and business entities not representing the city of Gig Harbor, county, regional, or state governments and quasi-public agencies. (Ord. 1365 § 1, 2017).
