Public hearings on all Type II, III, III-A and V project permit applications shall be conducted in accordance with this chapter. Public hearings conducted by the city hearing examiner shall also be subject to the hearing examiner’s rules. (Ord. 1197 § 103, 2010; Ord. 806 § 17, 1998; Ord. 711 § 1, 1996).
