“Single-family dwelling” means a residential structure with one dwelling unit that is constructed on a permanent foundation. Single-family dwellings are detached from other single-family dwellings except that accessory apartments may be attached to a single-family dwelling. (Ord. 1046 § 18, 2006; Ord. 573 § 2, 1990).
