“Multiple-family dwelling” means a residential building that is designed for or occupied by three or more families living independently of each other in separate but attached dwelling units and is constructed on a permanent foundation. (Ord. 1046 § 17, 2006; Ord. 703 § 8, 1996; Ord. 573 § 2, 1990).
