The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to the sale of drug paraphernalia for the purpose of marijuana use by a marijuana retailer with a current marijuana retailer license issued by the Washington State Liquor Control Board at a state-approved retail outlet location. (Ord. 1298 § 1, 2014).
