It shall be unlawful to hunt any animal by any means within the city limits. This prohibition does not apply to the removal of nuisance household animals, such as rodents and moles, and it does not apply to a law enforcement officer in the performance of official duties. Any person convicted of a violation of the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 1378 § 1, 2017).
