This chapter is intended to implement Chapter 228, Laws of 1961 of the state of Washington, and shall be construed in connection with said law and any and all rules or regulations issued pursuant thereto. (Ord. 1488 § 1, 2022; Ord. 1261 § 1, 2013; Ord. 418 § 13, 1983).
