Pursuant to RCW 35.21.180, the standard of the National Board of Fire Underwriters for the storage and handling and use of flammable liquids as recommended by the National Fire Protection Association as adopted June, 1959, in Pamphlet NBFU No. 30, is adopted by the city as and for the law relating to said subjects within said city.
