The city shall enforce this chapter as provided in Chapter 5.01 GHMC. Appeals of the city council’s decision on suspension or revocation of a license may be made as provided in GHMC 5.01.130(F). Appeals of a notice and order issued by the city license officer or the administrator for violations/complaints as set forth in this chapter may be made as provided in GHMC 5.01.160(C).
