5.11.060 Exempt transactions.
This section is included in your selections.
The following transactions shall be exempt from the reporting requirements of this chapter:
A. Clothing with a current resale value of less than $75.00, except for items made partially or wholly from fur or leather;
B. Transactions in which at least one entity is a nonprofit organization. (Ord. 1344 § 1, 2016).
