5.11.020 Definitions.

For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms, phrases, words, and their derivations shall have the meanings given herein:
A. “Pawnbroker” as is defined in RCW 19.60.010(5).
B. “Secondhand dealer” as is defined in RCW 19.60.010(7). (Ord. 1344 § 1, 2016).
