It is unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to engage in business in the city without first having obtained from the city a license to do so. All licenses issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be posted in a prominent location at the premises where the license business, profession, trade or occupation is carried on. In addition to the business license other permits or licenses may be required for certain businesses. (Ord. 1394 § 2, 2018; Ord. 666 § 1, 1994).
