Any person violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter or any lawful rule or regulation adopted by the city clerk pursuant thereto shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as prescribed in GHMC 1.16.010.
