The municipal court of the city of Gig Harbor shall hold regular and special sessions at such times as may be prescribed by the judge of the municipal court. The judge of the municipal court may adjourn the regular session to special days and hours when, in the opinion of the judge, the orderly and efficacious prosecution of the court’s business so demands such adjournments. Whenever the regular sessions of the court fall on a judicial holiday the judge shall designate another day and other hours to hold the regular session; or shall cancel such session if the business of the court so allows.
