The provisions of Chapter 3.50 RCW, and all subsequent amendments thereto, are hereby adopted by reference for the purposes of creating, establishing and regulating a judicial court in and for the city of Gig Harbor, said court to be known and designated as the municipal court of the city of Gig Harbor.
