The commission shall elect its own chairperson and vice-chairperson. The vice-chairperson shall preside in the absence of the chairperson. The chairperson and vice-chairperson shall be voting members of the commission. The commission shall hold at least two regular meetings each year. (Ord. 1232 § 1, 2012; Ord. 1002 § 1, 2005).
