To ensure that the provisions of the Gig Harbor Municipal Code (“code”) related to all land use codes (GHMC Titles 16, 17 and 18), including but not limited to conditions imposed on land use permits granted by the city, are administered, enforced, and upheld to protect the health, safety and welfare of the general public.
