The city of Gig Harbor adopts this chapter under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA), RCW 43.21C.120 and the SEPA rules, Chapter 197-11 WAC. This chapter contains the city’s SEPA procedures and policies. The SEPA rules contained in Chapter 197-11 WAC must be used in conjunction with this chapter. (Ord. 1103 § 1, 2007; Ord. 546 § 1(Exh.
