All sections of this chapter or Chapter 17.99 GHMC which provide criteria for DRB design review shall be considered criteria for design review approval. Design exceptions shall be processed in accordance with the criteria and procedures set forth in GHMC 17.98.060. General and administrative variances are processed as set forth in Chapter 17.66 GHMC.
