Two sign districts are created as defined under GHMC 17.80.030(8). The requirements of this chapter shall be applied to signs in both districts except for the special requirements to be imposed on signs located in each of the two districts; and except for temporary signs defined under GHMC 17.80.030(44) and in conformance with GHMC 17.80.110.
