On all parcels located between the shoreline of Gig Harbor Bay and either Harborview Drive or North Harborview Drive, excluding parcels located north of or abutting Rust Street (originally named Walnut Street) as shown on the original Artena Addition plat recorded on August 23, 1890, hedges shall conform to the height limits for fences defined in GHMC 17.99.340.
