17.68.015 Applicability to property regulated under the shoreline master program.

This chapter shall not apply to property within the jurisdiction of the Shoreline Management Act and the city’s shoreline master program. Properties within the jurisdiction of the Act and master program shall be regulated pursuant to Shoreline Master Program Section 8.11, Nonconforming Uses and Structures.
