A. The minimum lot area for residential or public or institutional uses permitted in a B-1 district shall be the same as that required in GHMC 17.20.040.

B. For business establishments, the lot area shall not be less than 7,000 square feet. (Ord. 248, 1977; Ord. 231, 1976; Ord. 109A § 7.3, 1968).
