A. No changes of any nature shall be made in the official zoning maps or matters shown thereof except in conformity with the procedures set forth in Chapter 17.100 GHMC and when consistent with GHMC 17.12.015.

B. Regardless of the existence of purported copies of the official zoning maps that may from time to time be made or published, the official zoning maps shall be located in the office of the planning director and shall be final authority as to the current zoning of lands, water areas, building and other structures within the city.
