“Personal services” means an establishment engaged in providing services involving nonmedical care of a person and/or his or her personal goods or apparel. Examples of such uses include: laundromats, drycleaners, barbers, hairstyling salons, spa services, indoor pet grooming salons, photography studios, dance schools, karate schools, and indoor fitness centers no more than 20,000 square feet in size.
