“Mobile/manufactured dwelling” means a residential unit on one or more chassis for towing to the point of use and designed to be used as a dwelling unit on a year-round basis, and if to be installed, one which bears an insignia by a state or federal regulatory agency indicating that the mobile/manufactured home complies with all applicable construction standards of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s definition of a manufactured home.
