An application for a short subdivision on contiguous properties in common ownership with one or more common owners, one or more persons who have an interest in the entity that owns or has an ownership interest in contiguous parcels, or a developer who intends to develop contiguous properties where the total number of lots proposed exceeds the maximum allowed four lots. In such cases, the application shall be processed as a subdivision. (Ord. 1389 § 1, 2018).
