“Model homes” are constructed homes that demonstrate a variety of housing designs together with all required on-site improvements (i.e., landscaping, improved driveways, patios, sewer and water infrastructure, etc.). Model homes that provide for an office use, i.e., sales facility, shall meet the requirements of office/commercial use in the building plans. (Ord. 1266 § 1, 2013).
