Information and data obtained from reports, surveys, grease interceptor (GGI/HGI) permits, and monitoring programs, and from the supervisor inspection and sampling activities, and any other information submitted to the supervisor pursuant to this chapter, shall become public record at least to the extent provided by the Public Disclosure Act, Chapter 42.17 RCW.
