Any person wishing to make use of a mobile treatment process or of an on-site process to clean or service grease interceptors or grit interceptors shall demonstrate the process to the satisfaction of the supervisor. Included with the demonstration shall be a written explanation of the treatment process. Any costs to the city associated with the demonstration, such as, but not limited to, sampling and analysis, shall be recovered. Complete descriptions of the chemical composition of all products must be disclosed to the supervisor along with an MSDS sheet for said product.
