Any applicant for master use and consolidated permits pursuant to this chapter shall pay an application and review fee or fee deposit in an amount as determined by the city council and adopted by resolution. This application and review fee covers the actual costs associated with the city’s initial review of the application; provided, however, that the applicant shall be required to pay all necessary permit fees. This application and review fee shall be deposited with the city as part of the application filed pursuant to this chapter. (Ord. 1407 § 1, 2019).
