The city has a variety of responsibilities pursuant to the requirements of RCW 70.94.521 through 70.94.551. The city CTR plan addresses these responsibilities and establishes the goals for the city and the CTR-affected employers and is incorporated herein by reference. (Ord. 1215 § 2 (Exh. A), 2011).
