It shall be the duty of the police department to report to the Chief of the Washington State Patrol all vehicles or automobile hulks found abandoned in the city. The same shall thereafter be placed in the custody of the tow truck operator appointed under this chapter. (Ord. 1362 § 1, 2017; Ord. 122 § 4, 1969).
