A. Unless otherwise designated, every person convicted of a violation of any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a civil infraction and shall be subject to a monetary penalty in the amount of $20.00. Each act in violation of any of the provisions hereof shall be deemed a separate offense.

B. Any person who fails to respond or appear on any violation of any provision of the Gig Harbor Municipal Code set forth in this chapter shall be assessed a failure to respond or appear fee in the amount of $25.00 as authorized under RCW 46.63.110(4). (Ord. 1374 § 1, 2017; Ord. 1216 § 1, 2011).
